Mary Hamilton delights audience throughout the United States.  She tells tales in a straightforward “just talking” style and uses her body to help tell the tale.  When Mary takes the stage, the show unfolds in the hearts and minds of her audiences.  She has performed for university students, entertained families and children in libraries, told tales to accompany museum exhibits, and presented hundreds of school assembly programs.  Mary has been honored for her artistic diversity and excellence.  When she was in third grade, Mary’s storytelling in school got her in trouble over truth issues and she abandoned her talent for many years in favor of “truth”.  Fortunately. she no longer views herself as a “sinner girl” and proudly claims the title of professional storyteller.  This is Mary’s first appearance at Bristol Hills Storytelling Festival and we are grateful that she has journeyed from her Frankfort, Kentucky home to scatter smiles of delight on her listener’s faces.
